Eliminating Stranded Power: Top-Tier Flexible Power Distribution

The greatest inefficiency in traditional EV charging is “stranded power.” If an older EV can only accept 50kW, plugging it into a 240kW static charger traps 190kW of useless, stranded capacity.

JiuRoad’s master controller features an advanced Power Matrix Switching Algorithm that intelligently and dynamically allocates power to each terminal precisely based on the real-time request of the vehicle’s Battery Management System (BMS).

How Dynamic Logic Works:

  1. Vehicle Handshake: As multiple vehicles plug in, the Central_Control_Unit reads the instantaneous  demand limits of every connected EV.
  2. Matrix Allocation: The system continuously routes internal power modules (e.g.,  blocks) via industrial DC contactors to the specific dispensers that need them most.
  3. Dynamic Throttling & Reallocation: As Vehicle A reaches 80% State of Charge (SOC) and its charging curve drops, the system instantly snatches those free power modules and re-routes them to newly-arrived Vehicle B.
