Telematics / API Integration

Our hardware operates on strictly open OCPP 2.0.1 protocols. We provide direct API bridges into major Fleet Management Systems (FMS, like Samsara or Geotab), allowing dispatchers to view vehicle SoC, fault codes, and route readiness on a single dashboard.

Sequential Auto-Charging Logic

One DC charger can manage 2 to 4 dispensers seamlessly. The system charges Van A until complete, then mathematically switches the full current to Van B without any human intervention required in the middle of the night.

Megawatt Charging System

For Class-8 electric semi-trucks, we offer liquid-cooled MCS connectors capable of sustaining >1000A continuous current, adding over 300 miles of range during a mandatory 45-minute driver rest break.

Predictive Maintenance

The Dense Urban Logistics Depot

  • The Pain Point: City delivery depots have incredibly narrow aisles. Floor-mounted chargers consume crucial turn-radius space, and heavy DC cables constantly get driven over and destroyed by forklifts.

Can your software track charging costs per vehicle or per department?

Absolutely. By utilizing VIN-based recognition (Plug & Charge) or driver RFID tags, the JiuRoad CSMS logs exact  consumption and maps it to specific vehicles or departments. You can export these reports directly to your ERP accounting system for perfect TCO tracking.

No. JiuRoad fleet chargers feature an Offline_Authentication_Cache. The hardware locally saves authorized fleet RFIDs and baseline charging instructions. During a network blackout, vehicles will continue to charge normally, and the data will sync seamlessly once the connection is restored.

Because fleet cables are dropped and dragged roughly dozens of times a day, we use specially compounded TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) jackets and heavy-duty strain reliefs. They are rated for  mating cycles, heavily outlasting standard commercial cables.
