Why does the rotary system use AC chargers instead of DC fast chargers?

Rotary systems are inherently designed for “long-dwell” parking (e.g., offices, hotels, residential), where vehicles sit for many hours. AC destination charging () is perfectly suited for these timeframes. Additionally, DC power modules and heavy liquid-cooled cables are too bulky and heavy to safely integrate into the moving pallets of a rotary structure.

 We use advanced continuous electrical slip-rings (similar to how power is transferred to a rotating wind turbine blade) embedded in the central axis infrastructure. This transfers continuous electrical current to rigid conductive pathways on the moving pallets, entirely eliminating external cable tangling.
