- Installation Environment Requirements
- If the installation location is an entire concrete surface, then the thickness of the entire concrete surface shall be > 200 mm.
- If the installation location is on non-concrete flooring, a foundation shall be constructed at the column installation site, with a grouted concrete layer thickness of >700 mm.
- Newly cast foundation concrete must cure for at least 28 days.
- The load-bearing capacity of the concrete is 210 kg/cm.
- The ground surface must be level and free of cracks, with a flatness of <5 mm.
- Power Supply Requirements
The power supply for a single piece of equipment shall be at least 3 kW, with a cable cross-sectional area of at least 2.5 mm 3.,and a grounding wire is required. For multiple pieces of equipment, the power supply shall provide at least 70% of the total power of all equipment, i.e., total power = (N x 3 kW) x 70%, where N =the total number of equipment units.
Control box:
The emergency stop switch can cut off the power supply to the equipment in case of an emergency. The lifting of each car platform can be controlled independently via a dedicated button.
Limit switch:
Limit the lifting height of the load platform.Ensure the equipment operates smoothly.
